Please read these Terms thoroughly before continuing with Social Haus.

It is your responsibility to read the Social Haus new customer Terms before using the service. By using Social Haus, you agree that you have read the Terms and agree to follow these guidelines.

  • Social Haus is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners.
  • The sole responsibility is on you to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Social Haus at your own risk.
  • Social Haus is not responsible for your actions and their (Instagram) consequences. Social Haus is not liable if your Instagram account is blocked or banned for any reason.
  • Social Haus requires Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Instagram. Social Haus does not give away or otherwise distribute your password to any third parties.
  • The amount of followers, likes, and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. This all depends on the quality of your content. Result will vary from account to account.
  • We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted, continuous or error free operability of Social Haus.
  • We cannot protect you from fake, inactive and spam followers. It is not possible to stop them but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services.
  • Upon purchasing our service you agree, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute.
  • Social Haus reserve the right to suspend, modify or withdraw the whole or any part of our service at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  • It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Social Haus Terms have changed.
  • Social Haus does not allow and or tolerate spam activity. Using spam like usernames or creating multiple new accounts to continue to use the 7 day $10 trial, you will be banned and not eligible for using Social Haus.
  • Social Haus can refund your money on the day of the initial charge. Any day after the initial charge day we cannot offer a refund.
  • Before following through with Social Haus services we advise you try our trial for $10 for 7 days.
  • All trials are based on a premium package. You will be notified a day before your trial ends. Once the trial ends you will be charged automatically for the premium package.
  • It is your sole responsibility to notify and contact us the day before trial ends if you do not wish to continue the service or switch to a different subscription plan.
  • If you are charged for the subscription and do not wish to continue we can only offer a 70% refund of the charged amount.
  • Due to on going promotions, clients that agreed to sign up at a certain rate and or promotion are subject to that specific rate and promotion. Once signed up they are not eligible nor entitled to any other rate or promotional deal.

Refund Policy

Social Haus offers a 7 day $10 trial so you can assess the suitability of the service for your requirements. This trial can be extended upon request if you need more time to assess the software. When you sign up, you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your plan and these policies. For these reasons we do not offer refunds once you have signed up for a paid plan and your credit card has been charged. In order to be fair, no exceptions are made. Weekly plan billing: Our weekly plans are week-to-week, billed in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis. Weekly plans automatically renew every week. You are billed once per week on the renewal day, which is the same day of the week on which you signed up for the plan.

Cancellation

You have the right to access the Website and use the Services for the full period you have paid for. You may also cancel at any time prior to the end of your paid up period. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made before the end of the paid up period.

$10 7 day trial

We offer a $10 7 day trial on paid plans (Medium, Advanced, and Team). You are not required to enter payment information, but your plan will expire at the end of the 4th day. If you choose to enter billing information, your first charge will occur at the end of the 4th day after you originally sign up. If you cancel before this first charge, you won’t be billed at all.

Failed charges

If Social Haus is unable to bill your credit card account, your account will enter the dunning process and you will then have 10 days to update your payment information before we terminate access to your account. Accounts that have been terminated after dunning, may be reactivated if valid payment information is entered and we can successfully charge the card for all debits made on the account since the failed charge. All unpaid accounts are deleted after 180 days.
